Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At Johnson Farm Machinery, we stand behind our merchandise 100%. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, Johnson Mfg will refund your money. Just return any new or unused part or product to us within thirty (30) days of the original ship date, and we'll refund the full purchase price, pursuant to the return policy below.

Return Policy

How do I return something to Johnson Farm Machinery?

We understand that a disadvantage to purchasing items over the internet, is the lack of a way to return items easily, if necessary.

You may return any new or unused product, in its original condition, to us within 30 days of the original ship date. We will refund the full purchase price and applicable taxes. The original shipping fees and any handling charges are not refundable, unless, of course, you are returning merchandise we shipped to you in error.

Johnson Farm Machinery will never charge you a restocking fee.

On all returns, we will send an email to the original purchaser verifying the return and credit amount.

Exact replacements can only be given for a defective item you received.

We will not ship a replacement item before receiving the returned item.

We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries for shipped returns.

If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice. Please inform us which you prefer: a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card the purchase was originally made on, when we receive the returned package. If you sent in a check, we will issue your refund via a check.

Damaged Goods

Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.

Johnson Farm Machinery will handle the problem to your satisfaction! If the carton looks damaged upon receipt from UPS, please inspect the contents before the driver leaves or call UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS to file a claim. If your claim does not involve UPS, please give us a call at 1.530.662.1788 and we will work with you to take care of the situation via a replacement or refund.

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card the purchase was originally made on, when we receive the returned package. If you sent in a check, we will issue your refund via a check.

Additional Notes About Orders Damaged in Shipping

If you believe a package received from Johnson Farm Machinery was damaged in transit, please refuse the shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. If you are not present at the time of delivery, and cannot refuse shipment, please call Johnson Farm Machinery, at (530) 662-1788, to make arrangements to return the damaged order.
